REFUND POLICY

1. The $2.99 Trial

The 48-hour trial is a one-time, low-cost charge intended to let you test the service before committing to a plan. Because credentials are issued individually per order, trial purchases are non-refundable once login credentials have been sent. Credentials are sent within minutes of payment. If you haven't received your trial credentials shortly after paying, contact us via the Contact page for a full refund.

2. Subscription Plans (Basic, Standard, Premium)

If you experience a verified technical issue that we're unable to resolve within a reasonable time, you may request a refund or credit for the unused portion of your billing period. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after credentials have been delivered and used.
• Account suspension due to credential sharing or violation of our Terms of Service.
• Issues caused by your own internet connection, device, or third-party player app.

4. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
