How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by contacting our support team via Telegram (@streamania_support) or email (support@streamania.tv). There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts, and no awkward hoops to jump through. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not automatically renew without your authorisation.

Can I use Streamania outside the UK or US?
Yes — Streamania works anywhere in the world with a stable internet connection. Our servers are globally distributed, so whether you're in the UK, US, Canada, Europe, Australia, or elsewhere, the service works seamlessly. Some specific geo-locked channels may not be available in certain regions due to broadcaster restrictions, but the vast majority of our catalogue is accessible worldwide.
What happens if a stream goes down or buffers?
Our anti-freeze and anti-buffer technology handles most issues automatically via server failover. If you do experience a problem:

• First, try refreshing the channel or restarting your IPTV app
• Check your internet connection speed (we recommend 10Mbps+ for HD)
• Try switching to a backup server link if available in your app
• Contact our 24/7 support team immediately — we aim to resolve issues within minutes

In the rare event of a server outage, we'll issue service credits for affected downtime.
